When you visit the site
The site has:
- no analytics or other visitor tracking
- no cookies
- no scripts, fonts or images loaded from other companies
Cloudflare hosts the site. To serve pages and protect the site from attacks, it processes the technical data every request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. It may also ask your browser to report pages that fail to load, and those reports go to Cloudflare. Cloudflare handles this data under its privacy policy. We don’t use it to identify visitors.
The workbooks download directly, with no sign-up.
When you write to us
Mail to hello@earnedanswers.com passes through Cloudflare’s email routing to our inbox. We use your name, address and message to reply, and to correct a page if you’ve reported a mistake. We don’t add your address to a mailing list or share it with anyone else. We delete emails two years after the last message.
Where your data goes
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the US and may process this data there. For transfers from the UK it relies on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and on standard contractual clauses if that lapses, as its privacy policy explains.
Why we can use this data
We have a legitimate interest in running the site securely and in answering the people who write to us (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it. Write to hello@earnedanswers.com.
Your right to object
You can object at any time to our use of your data for the interests above. Tell us, and we’ll stop unless we have compelling grounds that override your interests or need the data for a legal claim.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, tell us first, by email or by post to the address above. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we’ve done about it. You can also complain to the Information Commission, the regulator formerly called the Information Commissioner’s Office.
